SAMPLE SCRIPT,

What to say if ICE enters:

-Remain Calm.

- A worker can say, “I can’t give you permission to enter. You must speak with my employer.”

-Train all workers to NOT interact with ICE agents. If ICE agents have questions or requests, workers should say nothing, or say, “You are not allowed to enter. Talk to my employer.”

- If they ask questions, you can remain silent or repeat “I am remaining silent”

- Do not give out anyone’s personal information. Do not give out any names of people who work with you. You can say “You’ll have to talk to my employer” OR “I am remaining silent”

-When they leave, write down all the details.
